1.1 Platform – Account

All players are allowed to have only one (1) account. All information registered on your account needs to be up-to-date and to have the correct information.
You are not allowed to share or use another person’s account. Your account is for your use and your use alone.
If you face any issues with your account, contact support at esports@gam3.gg.
Ignoring any rules mentioned herein may lead to suspension of your account(s) in future tournaments.

2.1 TEAMS AND ROSTERS

Each team’s roster must consist of at least 5 players.
Each team’s roster will be allowed to have 5 main players and 2 substitute. Once the tournament starts, you cannot replace any player.
A substitute player may only be added before the Tournament Start.
This player cannot be part of any other team’s roster which is participating or has participated in the same tournament.
Match has to be played in the following format: 5v5.
A player is allowed to represent only one (1) team’s roster in the same tournament.
This is a community tournament, teams are restricted to having no more than two (2) “pro-players”. Such players are defined by their active participation or representation in an official league currently or at the point of registration.

2.2 AGE RESTRICTIONS

Each participant (Player) needs to be of the age of Thirteen (13) or older at the point of the tournament start date.

3.1 Before the match

The Tournament Official will create the in-game lobby. All captains are expected to add the assigned Tournament Official in-game at least one day before the tournament to gain lobby access.
Only Tournament Officials, official broadcasters, anyone authorized by the organizer and the registered players of that particular match are allowed to be inside the lobby.
Teams are not allowed to change their members once the team is ready in the lobby.
After the match has been hosted, players have 15 minutes to join the lobby. Teams who are late will result in the current match being forfeited.

3.2 During the Match:

If one of the teams will not pick all the agents in the character selection screen and the game goes back to the lobby, the game has to be remade.
Once Agent Select has started, Players will have 85 seconds to pick their Agent, with both Teams picking simultaneously. If a Player picks an Agent by mistake during this phase, the Player must notify a Tournament Official of their intended selection before the Agent Select timer expires. In this case the Agent Select process will be restarted with the same picks up until the mistake occurred, after which the Player must choose their intended Agent.
In the case the Player notifies a Tournament Official after the timer has expired, the Agent Select process will not be restarted and the Player will be required to play through.

In the case that the game started before writing ready from both sides, the team which did not write ready has the right to call a remake before round 1 of the game starts. (before the countdown in the game of round 1 reaches 0).
If any of the players are not connected to the game before the counter reaches 0, the team can call a remake and the game has to be remade.
If the game started on the wrong map, the game has to be remade.
In order to do the remake, all the players have to leave the match. Start the next game as soon as possible. Both team captains will have to write ready again. If the team is not ready by 5 minutes after the remake, the team which is not ready will be disqualified. Games can be remade only once, the game has to be played in the way it started after the remake, even if the issues will occur. The situation can still be reported in Discord
If a player disconnects during the game, the game has to continue and will not be paused or remade. (If the game has the observer and cheats are enabled, the game can be paused during the game, but a team has to write before the countdown of the round reaches 0).
If the servers are acting badly for both teams or the game goes down, please report it to us in our Discord channel.

3.3 After the Match:

Once the match finishes, both team captains have to take a screenshot of the results and post it in the Discord after each game.
On the game result screenshot, results above the scoreboard, all the players and information of the match on the right of the results have to be visible.

Between Matches
The standard time for transition in between Matches will be at least fifteen (15) minutes from the time of the last Match’s Round until players are required in their seats and ready to play for the next Match. The next Match, if applicable, will commence as soon as both Teams have confirmed to a Tournament Official that all players are ready to play.

If all the players are not ready to play and in their seats (if applicable) at the time designated to them by the Referees or Tournament Officials, the Team can be sanctioned for delay of Game.

Results of Forfeiture
Matches won by forfeit will be reported by the minimum score it would take for one Team to win the match (e.g. 1-0 for best-of-1 matches, 2-0 for best-of-three matches, 3-0 for best-of-five matches). No other statistics will be recorded for forfeited matches.

7.6 Schedule and Punctuality

Every player accepts the official schedule of the competition and declares its ability to be available during these times. Failure to turn up for matches results in a forfeiture of that match.

The official schedule of the competition will be announced on the official Discord channels. This schedule includes the time of each match which represents the start time of the match.

The change of a match time is only possible under exceptional circumstances and has to be confirmed by the tournament administration.

If a delayed end of a previous match prohibits a match to start on schedule (due to either one of the involved teams still playing or the official broadcaster still streaming the previous match within the same tournament), the match time is changed to 15 minutes after the end of the previous match.

Unexpected issues for one single player are not a valid reason to postpone matches.

All communication with the players and teams is handled on our official Discord.
Any questions regarding upcoming and ongoing matches can be directed to the admin team.

9.1 Tactical Pauses (Tactical Timeouts)
Teams are allowed to call Timeouts of 1 minute in duration one time per map. In the event of overtime, each team will be granted an additional Timeout.

If the opponent team has requested for a timeout for the next round, please refrain from requesting a timeout for the next round too, as your timeout request will not go through.

9.2 Technical Pauses
If a player has a problem that prevents her from playing on, she must notify the tournament official and request a technical pause. The player has to announce the reason before or immediately after she paused the match. The pause must be done only during the buy phase. Pausing after the buy phase, REGARDLESS of the situation, will result in a forfeit.
