M2 World Championship Announces Partners to Heighten Experience and Increase Accessibility to Fans

6 January 2021, Singapore — MOONTON Technology Co. Ltd. (MOONTON) is pleased to announce the public and private partners that are supporting the M2 World Championship (M2), which will be held in Singapore from 18 to 24 January 2021, in association with Singapore’s Cybersports and Online Gaming Association (SCOGA), and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA). The invaluable support of these partners will not only bring M2 to an expected audience of 400 million views from around the world in various languages, but also to cinemas and the heartland of Singapore, in accordance with safe management measures. There will also be a panel discussion hosted by Member of Parliament Melvin Yong conversing with Singapore’s very own professional player Stefan Chong on careers, skills, and trends in the esports industry.

Samsung is the official sponsor of the Bahasa Indonesia stream, while Nimo TV is the official broadcaster for the same stream.

SMART is the presenting partner for the Tagalog stream, while Telenor is the presenting partner for the Burmese stream.

Razer is the official gaming gear partner while Cathay Cineplexes, Mediacorp, Secretlab, Singtel, SUTL, and Tumi are partners for the English stream which will be broadcasted to a global audience. Singaporeans can catch the M2 action online on meWATCH, while those excited to catch the action beyond the comforts of their homes can do so at Cathay Cineplexes.

Besides hosting a panel discussion on 12 January on the latest esports industry trends and career prospects, SCOGA will also be working with various partners to bring the community together through esports, in accordance with required safe management measures, in various parts of the Singapore heartland from Kent Ridge to Pasir Ris from 18 to 24 January.
